Labour Contractor Chennai is an online directory that lists labour contractors across Chennai and Tamil Nadu. Available public contact details may be shown on listings, and visitors can submit quote requests. We are a directory service — we do not employ contractors, guarantee their work, or act as an agent between you and any contractor.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use this Site and make a payment.

4. Account and Access

• You log in using your 10-digit Indian mobile number. By providing your mobile number, you confirm it belongs to you.
• Available public contact details are provided for directory use and may change as listings are updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must not share, resell, or redistribute contractor contact details obtained through this Site.

5. Payment

• The unlock fee is ₹699 per year, charged once per account.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest contractor data from the Site using automated tools.
• Resell or commercially redistribute contractor contact information.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its backend systems.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of contractor listings. We do not guarantee that any contractor will be available, responsive, or suitable for your requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labour Contractor Chennai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any contractor engaged through the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the unlock service (₹699).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, logos, page layouts, and structured data — is the property of Labour Contractor Chennai. You may not reproduce or republish any content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
